Frequently asked questions
Everything members usually ask before, and shortly after, their first weekly plan.
Getting started
What do I need before I start with TradeXMart?
An email address, a verified KYC record and a connected broker account. KYC and the broker connection are both handled from inside the platform.
How much do I need to invest?
You set a monthly budget and the planner divides it into weekly deployments. Slices below the minimum order value are consolidated automatically.
Can I pause?
Yes. Turn off auto-invest and TradeXMart stops generating new plans without touching your existing holdings.
Plans and risk
What exactly does the risk engine check?
Position limit, sector exposure, weekly and monthly budgets, cash reserve, minimum and maximum order value, turnover cap, new-position cap, top-five concentration, KYC, membership status, trading mode and instrument tradability.
What happens when a check fails?
High and critical failures block the plan. It stays visible with the failing rule, the observed value and the threshold, plus a suggested remedy so you can adjust and regenerate.
Can I approve only part of a plan?
Yes. You can approve a lower amount than recommended, or a subset of the line items.
Why did my allocation change this week?
The strategy snapshot changed, your portfolio drifted, or your budget changed. The strategy panel shows the exact constituent additions and removals, and TradeXMart AI explains the impact.
Broker and orders
Which brokers are supported?
Groww is the first supported broker. Additional brokers plug into the same interface, so more can be enabled without changing how you use the platform.
Are my broker credentials safe?
Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, are never returned to the browser, and are erased when you disconnect the account.
What if an order fails?
The failure is recorded against the order with the broker's reason, you are notified, and no position or cash movement is applied for that order.
Does TradeXMart place trades without my approval?
Not by default. Live trading starts in Approval Required mode, so every plan and every order waits for you. Automatic execution can only be switched on deliberately by an administrator.
Membership and data
How does TradeXMart billing work?
Memberships are billed in advance monthly, quarterly or annually. Invoices and payment history are available in the subscription area at any time, and you can cancel whenever you like.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Holdings, transactions, performance series, capital gains and order history can all be exported as CSV or Excel, subject to your plan.
How long is my data kept?
Transactional and audit records are retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping rules; you can request a copy at any time.
