Your account
You must keep your credentials secure and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Memberships
TradeXMart memberships are billed monthly, quarterly or annually in advance. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Unless you ask for immediate cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period and no partial refund is issued.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass risk controls, reverse engineer the platform, scrape data, or use TradeXMart for unlawful purposes.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeXMart is not liable for investment losses, lost profits or indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction.
